Model-turned-actress Madhu Shalini is all set to appear in the role of Sita in her upcoming movie. Madhu Shalini is a Telugu girl and she tried her luck in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Hindi films, but none of the industry has recognized her as a mainstream actress.
She has become Ram Gopal Varma's heroine for sometime now and has appeared in his movies like Department, Bhoot Returns and Satya 2.
Now, Madala Venu is directing a short film based on Sita and Madhu Shalin
is portraying the lead role. Story in this short film revolves around Sita and the makers are planning to screen this short film at the film festival.
It was rumored that Madhu Shalini was very co-operative with the filmmakers and still the actress was not able to make it big in any industry.
